4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

4.2 Prescription Requirements

For prescription clear lenses, you represent that you have a valid prescription from a licensed eye care professional. We reserve the right to verify prescription information before fulfilling orders.

4.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our sole discretion.

4.4 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in CAN Dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify prices. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

Clear lens glasses may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and materials.

5.2 Prescription Lenses

Due to their custom nature, prescription clear lenses may only be returned or exchanged if there is a manufacturing error or if the prescription was incorrectly processed.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and process your return.

6. Product Warranties

6.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that our clear lens glasses will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 month from the date of purchase.

6.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service. You may be required to return the defective product at our expense.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, or improper care.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All content, including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License
